Life Coaching
The healthiest, most joyful people I’ve met tend to Insist on a life of continuous growth. They expect a healthier and more joyful life than they dream of, and live their lives in world filled with …
Creativity , Vitality and Performance
I try to live my life that way, and can help you do the same. I love helping people this way! I am a curious person… I’ve been formally trained as a Life Coach, and I have coached hundreds of individuals in one-on-one and group settings.… even over the telephone. I’ll listen and ask the tough questions that you need to think about, that can guide you into fruitful and practical thought processes and activities that will unbind your perspectives. As you progress, you will notice your increased motivation as it wells up inside you, and you will begin to take realistic action that will change you, enabling you to do what you haven’t been able to do thus far in your life. Think it over, but call me and we’ll have a comfortable conversation… Then think it through, and call me again…
My professional experience has given me opportunities to help orphans and troubled high school students, homeless men and women, victims of abuse, abusers, burned out professionals, and in general, folks who feel they’ve lost their edge, or who feel they need a change in their lives.
As a trained Life Coach, I’ve helped people solve problems, including: fears from career change, relationship issues, addictions, burnout, athletic and work performance.
As a Christian Life Coach, I find that including an individual’s faith into the healing process augments the ability to make radical, permanent, and healthy changes in one’s life. My training has impressed upon me. the value of following the typical Life Coach paradigm as set out by UCF guidelines, and have thousands of hours of coaching time under my belt.
Together, through the Client-Coach partnership, we engage in a loosely structured exploration, and define the problem so that it can be understood better, and eventually resolved through action. I am friendly but not a “friend”, and thus can hold a person accountable for their actions, based on his or her own conclusions, goals and plan of action.
I should mention the following disclaimer: Some folks suffer from mental illness as the root of their feelings and thoughts. I cannot coach these individuals, and would refer them to someone who can offer them what they need, such as a Psychiatrist or Therapist. Other folks are not ready to be coached, and I will not attempt to continue coaching an individual who refuses or who is unable to commit to the kind of effort it takes to create change in oneself. If this happens, perhaps the future would see us joining together as a healing partnership.
Sincerely, Rob Speer
